On September 28, 2024, a prayer walk took place to the grave of the Servant of God, Father Agapius Honcharenko, and his wife Albina. The event gathered the faithful at “Ukraina” park.
Following the walk, a memorial service (panakhyda) was led by Father George, pastor of St. Michael’s Orthodox Church, together with Father Roman Bobesiuk, pastor of St. Vladimir’s UCC. Participants prayed for the repose of the souls of Father Agapius and his wife Albina, honoring their significant contribution to the Church and the Ukrainian community.
The event became an important occasion for the faithful, bringing together representatives from various Christian denominations and community organizations in joint prayer and remembrance of these dedicated servants of God.
