On June 25, a fruitful online meeting took place between the pastoral councils of the Immaculate Conception, St. Volodymyr parishes, and the pastoral council of Our Lady of Zarvanytsia parish in Seattle.
Under the spiritual leadership of Fr. Andrii Oliinyk, the Seattle community generously shared their rich experience in building a vibrant and active parish. This fraternal exchange demonstrated how the power of faith, unity, and service can truly enliven parish life and form a strong Christian community.
Representatives of key parish ministries – the Ukrainian language and catechetical schools, the Brotherhood of St. Volodymyr, the Sisterhood of St. Olha, the parish choir, the technical and media teams – presented their work and shared the story of how their parish gift shop was established.
This exchange became a true source of inspiration. We witnessed how a vibrant parish comes to life through the dedicated involvement of its faithful, intergenerational cooperation, and clear spiritual vision.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Fr. Andrii Oliinyk and all the parishioners of Our Lady of Zarvanytsia for their openness, sincerity, and generous sharing of their experience. Your daily work is a profound testimony of faith and love for the Church. This experience will undoubtedly be of great value to us in our continued ministry.
Let us remain united in Christ and build up the Church together!
